Change Management Foundation & Practitioner Certification Course

11-15 June & 5-9 Nov (€1,995 per seat including exams)
Location - Dublin
Duration - 3 Days (Foundation) or 5 days (Combined Foundation / Practitioner)
Purpose:

Trigraph has an offering of Change Management Foundation & Practitioner courses. Feedback from delegates shows that Trigraph has some of the best classroom training in the industry, providing face-to-face instruction with tutors that have years of experience in both training and the fields they are teaching.

This course and qualification is designed to provide a robust foundation of knowledge for anyone involved in organisational change initiatives.

Successful candidates will have the knowledge and understanding necessary to contribute constructively to teams specifying, developing, implementing and sustaining change initiatives.

The qualification is based upon (and is referenced to) the knowledge architecture contained in the Change Management Institute's (CMI) Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK) "The effective Change Manager".

The Change Management 2015 qualification is currently offered at 2 levels: Foundation & Practitioner. Taken together, these demonstrate sufficient underpinning of Change Management to meet the CMI's expectation of a candidate for their ACM (Foundation) level accreditation.

This course is aimed at:

change managers and aspiring change managers

people who are involved in change initiatives who require a working knowledge of the key principles of change management

people who need to know the terminology used and some of the theory behind the practice

other key staff involved in the design & delivery of change programmes including: change leaders, change agents, change implementers, change support and operational line managers/staff.

The Foundation qualification is also the introduction to the higher Practitioner level qualification and therefore includes all those who are the target audience for that qualification.
