  • 8.30 am Opening Introduction from Orla O’Carroll (Chair of the event)

  • 8.35 am Barbara Lynch will introduce the different generations and what this means for the workplace. She will focus on the importance of belonging and how managers can create a sense of belonging

  • 9.00 am Gráinne Madden will discuss purpose in the workplace, what this means for Gen Y and the implications this has for an ethical workplace and whistleblowing policy

  • 9.25 am Alison Hand will bring us through the competencies that are crucial for managing Gen Y effectively and help us identify steps we can take to improve productivity of Gen Y in our workplaces
