Purpose: 

This course is suitable for people already certified at PRINCE2® Foundation level and wishing to become certified to Practitioner level.

The event covers the processes, components and techniques included in the PRINCE2® Project Management Method. The course prepares delegates for the APM Group exams (included in the course) and maximises their prospect of being awarded the qualification of Registered PRINCE2® Practitioner.

The course addresses all aspects of PRINCE2® (components, processes and techniques) and includes additional elements such as planning & risk assessment techniques that are left open within the method.

Examination and Certification

The event includes the Practitioner examination. Delegates who pass the Practitioner examination are awarded the qualification of “Registered PRINCE2® Practitioner”. The certificate is an internationally recognised qualification in PRINCE2®.
