Jim Maher is a graduate of TCD (Trinity College Dublin) and is Director of Trigraph. He has extensive experience of the Irish training services industry, gained over a period of more than 20 years. He is a member of PMI and ASQ.
Georges is an seasoned manager with extensive experience in Project Management, Process Improvement and Continuous Improvement. His management experience spans a range of disciples including Help Desk Operations Management, People Management, IT Management and Project Management and Lean Six Sigma. He also has wide-ranging experience developing and implementing a variety of corporate programmes. Seán hold degrees in Engineering and Economics from Trinity College, Dublin (TCD).

He has over 30 years domestic and international experience in Project and Programme Management, IT Product Development, Process Development and Re-engineering, Training Course Design and Consulting in public and private sectors.
Seán is a visiting lecturer on Project Management in the Engineering School at TCD.
Patrick qualified in Computer Engineering from UL, studied International Marketing with The Open University and has an MBA from London City University. He has over 25 years experience in business, technology and project management.

John is a former CEO of Beaumont Hospital (2001-04) and of the Medical Council (2004-09). He now works as a management consultant with Trigraph. John is also a part-time lecturer/tutor/examiner at The Open University, the Irish Management Institute and Dublin Business School specialising in strategic management, project management, and strategic human resource management.
John possesses a Masters degree in science, and a Masters degree in Business Administration. He is a member of the Institute of Directors and the Project Management Institute.
Joe is a very experienced trainer in Project Management and Microsoft software such as MS Project, MS Visio and MS Office. He is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)®. Joe has provided professional training services for most of Ireland's major employers

He holds a BSc Honours Degree in Chemistry, IASSC Black Belt, and is a PRINCE2® Certified Practitioner.
Terry is a Lean Practitioner with over 25 years’ experience in Product Development, Research & Development, Volume Manufacturing and Service delivery. He is a certified IASSC Master Black Belt and also approved IASSC Trainer delivering IASSC Lean Six Sigma training to Black Belt level and preparations for exams. He has an additional Black Belt via Project Based work. Terry is passionate about Lean and using Lean Techniques & Tools to solve real practical problems that drive real Business Value and improve customer satisfaction. He is skilled in the theory and practical application of statistical analysis software Minitab and Sigma XL for use in Lean Six Sigma Projects.
He is an experienced Tutor delivering 100’s of modules and courses in Lean Six Sigma to Black Belt Level including candidates’ preparation for the IASSC exams, Project Management and Supply Chain.
Orla holds an MSc in Executive Leadership (University of Ulster) and is an Excellence through People Assessor with NSAI. She currently delivers a validation role for IDA Ireland on behalf of Trigraph.

Bryan has a BSc in Computer Science and is a former Associate Director with Gartner Consulting.
Bryan provides consultancy and training services principally in IT Service Management, Business Analysis, Networking Fundamentals, IT Security, IT Service Continuity.
He has delivered a number of customised programmes for our large corporate clients.
Paul Taaffe holds a Master’s Degree from UL, a Primary Degree from the IMI and in addition to a 6-Sigma Green Belt he also holds Project Management Professional accreditation from the Project Management Institute in the U.S.A.

Deirdre holds an MBA from the Smurfit Business School at UCD and is a Registered Nurse and Midwife. Deirdre is a certified business coach and trainer and holds diplomas in Public Relations and Public Health medicine.

Andy Brophy holds a 1st Class MSc in Lean Operations and is a Lean & Innovation Improvement Advisor. He has been working in the Lean field for the last twelve years with a diverse range of organisations in Ireland and overseas.
