This highly practical and useful course demonstrates how to negotiate to a position of success.

It is recommended for anyone whose role involves reaching agreement with others, or who need to influence, persuade or bargain.
It is also suitable for people managers whose role involves managing performance - and in doing so may need to negotiate.
Anyone who wishes to improve their negotiation skills will benefit from this course.

This course prepares attendees for successful win-win negotiations.

It is a very practical course where the skills and techniques can be put into practice immediately.
Delegates will learn a structured approach to preparing for & conducting a negotiation.
Participants will leave the course with a better understanding of the essential part played by good communication
They will also gain understanding and insight into the essentials of concession, agreement and closure.
This course provides you with a structure for preparing, planning and implementing successful negotiations within the work place (and indeed in life).

You will learn about tactics, emotional intelligence and communication skills.
