But to be successful, the role of Product Owner is key, but is often misunderstood as it goes well beyond writing user stories and managing the product backlog. The role supports the delivery of valuable products or services, bridging business strategy with product execution.

This course provides a comprehensive overview of the concepts underlying Agile Product Ownership. The training includes classroom type presentation, interactive exercises and simulations, and in-depth discussions with experienced Agile / Scrum practitioners/trainers. This course will give you the knowledge needed to pass the PSPO online exam and work as an effective Product Owner.

Professional Scrum Certification

All participants of this 2-day course will receive a password to take the Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) assessment at the end of the 2nd day. Participants who attempt the PSPO I assessment within 14 days of receiving the assessment password and do not score the required 85% to pass, will be able to make a second attempt at no additional cost.
