The MS Project Foundations is a 2-day intensive practical course designed to provide delegates with the ability to use MS Project productively when managing and controlling their projects.
The course begins from first principles and proceeds to a point where delegates can construct their own work plans, update the plans as the project proceeds and tailor the application to produce required views and reports.
Learn by doing – in additional to the formal presentations from Trigraph, attendees will benefit by using the MS Project software itself on their own dedicated PC / Laptop. They will build their own project by setting up resources, tasks, dependencies, schedules, milestones etc and generating reports such as Critical Paths.

This 1 day course is designed to increase users’ knowledge of the features and functions within Excel and realize the advantages of using a powerful electronic spreadsheet.
The course is entirely ‘hands on’, so those attending will get practice in creating and modifying actual spreadsheets, enhancing them with charts. Joe is a Certified Microsoft Master Instructor.
