CSPO Project Management Certifications Course Overview

Managing the Product Backlog and guaranteeing the quality of the work the Team completes are the exclusive responsibilities of the Product Owner. This person looks after the Product Backlog and makes sure it is accessible to all. Everyone is aware of the tasks that will be prioritised, thus everyone is aware of what needs to get done first.

Respect for the Product Owner’s decisions is essential for their success within their organisation. The Product Backlog’s content and prioritisation reflect the decisions made by the Product Owner. Because of this visibility, the Product Owner has to perform to the best of their abilities, which makes their job both more demanding but all the more rewarding too.
